Objective:
To examine and improve the overall environmental performance of a high-capacity manufacturing plant, including both facility operations and production processes.
Methodology:
We undertook a detailed audit covering material flow, chemical storage, ventilation systems, and effluent discharge. Air and noise monitoring equipment was deployed, and interviews with technical staff were conducted to assess awareness and compliance.
Impact:
Critical gaps in hazardous waste management and air emission controls were addressed. Our recommendations helped the plant reduce VOC emissions, optimize recycling processes, and establish a structured Environmental Management System (EMS), leading to improved efficiency and reduced risk of penalties.
